Consent to data processing

 

Avtozakladka is a mobile and web application developed by LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY "Mesh Ukraine" (hereinafter Company) and is its property.

In accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection” for the purpose of conducting the company's own statistics, administrative, economic activity Сustomer consents to the processing of his personal data: the first name, the last name, email address, telephone number, vehicle series and brand.

Data processing is any action or set of actions of the Company, such as collection, registration, accumulation, storage, adaptation, alteration, renewal, use, depersonalization, destruction of personal data, including with use of information (automated) systems, to Customer data.

Company is obliged to use the Customer data exclusively within their activity, not to transfer to third parties, and governmental or judicial authority exclusively in the manner prescribed by the current Legislation of Ukraine.

According to Article 8 of the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" Client has the right:

1) to know about the sources of collection, location of his personal data, the purpose of processing, location or residence (stay) of the holder or administrator of personal data or to empower authorized persons to obtain this information, except as required by law;

2) to receive information about the conditions of access to personal data, including information about third persons who obtain his personal data;

3) to have access to own personal data;

4) to receive a respond to the request whether his personal data are processed and get the content of such personal data no later than thirty calendar days from the date of receipt of the request, except otherwise lawful;

5) to submit a reasoned request to the owner of the personal data objecting against processing his personal data;

6) to submit a reasoned request to change or delete his personal data by any owner and manager of such personal data, if such data is processed illegally or are unreliable;

7) to protect his personal data against unlawful processing and accidental loss, destruction, damage caused by intentional concealment, failure to provide or untimely submitting them, and the right for protection from providing information that is unreliable or discrediting the honor, dignity and business reputation of a person;

8) to complain about the handling of his personal data to the Ombudsman or the courts;

9) to apply legal remedies in case of violation of the law on protection of personal data;

10) to make reservations concerning restrictions on the right to process his personal data during granting consent;

11) to withdraw consent to the personal data processing;

12) to know the automatic processing of personal data;

13) for protection against automated solution that has legal consequences for you.

 

The client agrees in case of change personal data to provide Company more specific information as soon as possible.
